Trading basics
Build both sides of a Trade Index offer, check quantities and units, read the value gap, and carry demand and review uncertainty into your decision.
Write down the exact items and quantities before comparing totals. A correct sum can still describe the wrong offer if a variant, unit or item identity does not match.
Use one game and one unit for both sides. Add each distinct item and set its quantity. A Brainrot income rate cannot enter an Adopt Me Normal / No Potion total.
The analyzer compares indexed records. If the offered pet has attributes that the record does not model, the result applies to the stored record, not a priced version of those attributes.
The July 2 Adopt Me baseline gives Shadow Dragon 2,450 points and Owl 850. Together they total 3,300. Bat Dragon at 2,100 plus Arctic Reindeer at 420 totals 2,520.
With the first historical bundle as your side, their side is 780 old points lower. These dated July inputs illustrate addition only. The current analyzer uses a different Adopt Me source unit.
Using your 3,300-point side as the denominator, the difference is -780 divided by 3,300, or about -23.6%. Reversing the sides changes the denominator and produces a different percentage.
Check the analyzer's displayed definition. A percentage is not meaningful with an empty or zero-valued reference side. It should remain unavailable instead of becoming infinity.
The example's Shadow Dragon, Owl and Bat Dragon baseline labels are Very High; Arctic Reindeer is Medium. This describes a label mix, not a prediction of acceptance.
Check item counts as well as totals. One side can contain several uncertain records. Adding them does not make their evidence stronger.
A July baseline-only item has no later approved review. A September source capture is a separate snapshot, not proof of when each pet last changed. Pending V1 proposals are not current source values.
If the tool flags an unsupported unit or manual review, resolve that issue before using its arithmetic. A complete-looking total must not conceal an excluded item.
A saved Trade Index draft is a local planning aid. It does not send a Roblox trade, reserve items, or confirm that you own them. Recheck saved item values when returning later.
Review the actual in-game confirmation separately. Use the safety checklist for credentials, account access and promises that fall outside the trade being confirmed.
